Shoe Festival 2014 : Event - 17/03/14

The fifth edition of the Malaysia International Shoe Festival soft launch was officiated by the Secetary General of Tourism and Culture Malaysia, Datuk Dr. Ong Hong Peng at the Kenanga Wholesale City, KL. The event is a collaboration between the Malaysia Footwear Manufacturers Association and the Ministry of Tourism and Culture in conjunction with the 1Malaysia GP Sale 2014 and is now one of the signature events of Visit Malaysia Year 2014.

Joint Statement -Conclusion of the 17th Asean Tourism Ministers Meeting

ASEAN Tourism Ministers endorsed the implementation of the Asean Tourism Framework in responding to climate change to ensure the sustainable development of tourism in the region. Minister of Tourism and Culture, Mohammed Nazri Abd Aziz told a news conference that the ministers also adopted the Asean Joint Declaration on the implementation of UNWTO Global Code of Ethics for Tourism to recognise the tourism sector's contribution to economic and social development in the region. 

ASEAN Tourism Forum 2014 - Opening Ceremony - Event - 21/01/14

VMY 2014 Grand Launch - Special Concert By Malaysian Artistes - Part 3

Visitors at the launch of Visit Malaysia Year (VMY) 2014 at Dataran Merdeka were entertained with a special concert by Malaysian artistes. Besides a fireworks display, the audience were also shown a montage of interesting places to visit in the country. VMY 2014 with the theme "Celebrating 1Malaysia Truly Asia' is held for the fourth time. VMY was first organised in 1990. *The event was carried LIVE by mytourismtv.com, MyTTV.
