Warung Otak-Otak che Wan at Kuala Kemaman serves this famous traditional dish from the state.Tthe two generations hereditary recipe makes Otak-Otak Che Wan different from others. Plus, they only use the fresh and selected fish as well as their homemade spices. Even though the operation only starts at 2 pm until 7 pm daily, their customers are already there waiting in front of the stall as early as 12 noon.
